It rests on a 40-acre full-functioning Scottish Highland Cattle & Chicken farm. It is just a 15-minute drive from downtown Waco & The Magnolia Silos. The cabin is located directly above the property barn. It is 460 square feet inside, with a 10x12 covered outdoor patio & couch with a beautiful scenic overview of the back pasture.
Below the outdoor patio is a secondary porch where you’ll find a grill to cookout & another place to sit while you watch the cows graze & the chickens forage & can even feed the cows some range cubes & the chickens some scratch, upon request! This property is also conveniently situated adjacent to a publicly accessible track maintained by the local school district. Open 24/7 and fully enclosed by fencing, the track offers a secure and welcoming environment for early-morning fitness enthusiasts and evening walkers alike. Located just a 2-minute drive or a 5-minute walk from the property, it provides an excellent nearby option for outdoor exercise and recreation. We are also located just 10 minutes from multiple access points to the scenic Lake Waco, where you can enjoy a day of fishing, sunbathing, or relaxing with a picnic in the park.
