This home is located just outside the Ocean Gate of Sea Pines at the end of South Forest Beach. Being so close to Sea Pines, this home is in a very quiet neighborhood. 1 Ocean Gate is an independent, stand-alone, house with in one of Hilton Head’s finest beach-oriented communities. The community has a pool and tennis court!
Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen which includes a small breakfast nook, a perfect place for your morning coffee. The home offers a large open living area with a dining table that seats 6. The living room has a flat screen TV connected with Roku and a pull-out sofa. Off the living and dining area, step out onto your large back deck. This is where you will be able to find the gas grill.
