Kitchen and living room are on the main floor with both bedrooms upstairs. Guest on the foldout couch have access to half bath in the downstairs hallway. Wonderful amenities in Evian with community pool and free tennis courts only seconds away. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. Two free Shipyard parking passes and one is a free Shipyard beach parking pass or you can bike or walk to the beach too. Great location. 110 Evian in Shipyard is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.
Master bedroom has flat screen TV, high ceilings with walk in closet and very nice updated master bath. Great views of the golf course from the Evian condo. The guest room has a queen bed, private en suite bathroom, flat screen TV and plenty of room. The living has a fold out couch downstairs with access to the half bath. Every bedroom has sheets and towels provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes. The dining area overlooks the living room with views out to the golf course. The veranda is covered so you can relax and enjoy the view.
Shipyard offers miles of bike paths to enjoy on shaded trails. You can bike, drive or walk to the beach in Shipyard. You get a beach pass to park down at the Shipyard beach house when you stay at Evian. Shipyard has 27 holes of golf only minutes away. Shipyard is located near shops and restaurants on Hilton Head Island. Hilton Head offers over 200 shops, 250 restaurants, 30 golf courses, 17 miles of beaches, 117 miles of bike paths for your great family vacation.
