Wifi, Firestick and cable TV and free coffee for guests. Lots of wooded privacy to enjoy nature. Huge parking area to bring a boat or jet skis. Subdivision has pool (seasonal May1-Aug 31 only) bb court, tennis and free boat ramp is also located in the subdivision . Walking distance to Lake Livingston
