Our sunny and spacious, ocean view home is perfect for your family's next vacation! All new driftwood flooring in all bedrooms and tile in all other areas, and all popcorn ceilings removed. Our ocean view, living room has a sleeper sofa and loveseat (2019) and custom, built-in entertainment center with large LCD TV. We have added new Boho end tables and lighting. New sliding glass doors provide access to the large, deep balcony. Balcony has new high top table and 4 chairs-very comfortable (2020). The dining area will seat six at our new table. Dining area has sliding glass doors to a small, standing balcony that overlooks the duck pond. Our kitchen was totally remodeled several years ago and enlarged with beautiful white cabinetry and granite countertops, updated appliances plus a small beverage refrigerator. The ocean view master bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress (2019), all new furniture (2022), TV, and sliding doors to the front balcony. The master bath has a separate powder room, new double vanity sinks with dazzle white quartz top, new lighting and new mirror. Master bath has original tub/shower combo and large walk in closet. The queen guest room has a new queen bed (2022), TV, custom closet, and adjoining full bath with shower. The full bath has new vanity with dazzle quartz top, new lighting and new mirror (2022). The twin guest room has two new twin beds (2022), TV, custom closet and adjoining full bath with shower. The full bath has new vanity with dazzle quartz top, new lighting and new mirror. A new full size washer/dryer is in the hall. New HVAC. Free Wi-Fi and plenty of free parking! This is truly a special condo and I know you will enjoy it.
