Gorgeous 2BD/2.5BA home in the South Congress area of Austin. A beautiful backyard complete with a cowboy pool, lounge chairs, grill, fully stocked interior, sit or stand work areas for WFH comfort, and private screened-in porch.
Our spacious home is in the coveted South Congress/South First/South Lamar area. All of the best restaurants, shopping, bars and outdoor activities are just out your doorstep.
Downstairs there is a large island in the open-concept kitchen and living room. We've included all the comforts of home including coffee, sugar, creamer.
This home boasts modern furnishings, a 55" ULED TV and 40" LED TV's in each bedroom- all with Netflix, Amazon, etc. and wireless internet throughout the home. Get comfy on the couch or hang out in the kitchen on the bar stools while you prepare a meal with all the tools you might need.
Just off the living room, a screened-in sun porch allows for year-round living and comfort. Enjoy dinner at the dining table, play a round of "Cards Against Humanity" or sip on a relaxing cocktail with friends.
Upstairs, the bedroom suites have Tempur-Pedic and Nectar luxury mattresses and accessories in each bathroom in case you forgot the necessities. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit with hypoallergenic Tide Free & Gentle as well as an iron/ironing board.
