The Ritz is a seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bath oceanfront beach house located 1.8 miles south of Garden City Pier. This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a microwave and two dishwashers, as well as a wet bar, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Nine TVs and Wi-Fi are also included. Sleeping accommodations include three king (second floor) and two queen-sized beds (first floor), plus four twin-over-double bunk beds with trundles (second floor). Outdoor amenities include a private 26-by-21-foot heated swimming pool, pool furniture, outdoor shower, outdoor gas grill, covered porches, and ample parking (some covered). The pool can be heated for an additional $300 from Labor Day through Memorial Day if the air temp is above 55°. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy:18

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
