Top of the Gulf is conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, Beach Pizza, Hammerhead Fred's, Pineapple Willy's, Alvin's Island, and Signal Hill Golf Course.
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the duration of the stay. The resort charges a one-time $30 fee upon arrival for one parking pass plus wristbands. Maximum occupancy is FOUR (regardless of age) and will be strictly enforced; any attempt to bring in more people is cause for cancellation/eviction without refund .
