The space
Chic, modern architecture in one of the hipest neighborhoods. Open flowing floor plan, very bright with lots of glass, bringing the outside in. Great for entertaining. Custom architectural metalwork throughout the inside / outside, with good size, unique spaces including a cinder block tower in the middle of the house with colored windows and skylights. Tankless water heater ensures you'll never run out of hot water.
Comfortably sleeps 6 adults. Private Master retreat with king bed and blackout shades. Master bath with large shower for 2+! Spacious second bedroom with queen with treetop views.
The 3rd sleeping area is in the large, upstairs, open flex space with a Design Within Reach oversized queen bed with a 3”memory foam topper that transforms into a contemporary sofa and shares the bathroom with #2 bedroom, away from the main living areas downstairs.
Backyard with porch seating area and bamboo Zen garden with circular patio. Gas grill connected to house gas (no tanks to run out!).
Guest access
There is a car carport with one space available. Common driveway is shared with the B unit, therefore blocking in the common driveway area is PROHIBITED. Street parking tags are available for your use.
