Location: Winterpoint Townhome #14 is a 2 Bed/2.5 Bath Condo located right off 4 O'Clock Rd in Breckenridge, CO. Nestled between Peak 8 and 9, the Snowflake Lift is about a block away. Ski back to the condo with a short stroll from across the street (50yd stroll). Walking to the downtown area and around Breck is very easy. It is a 5-10 min walk to downtown to great shopping, amazing restaurants, fun bars and many more activities. Don't want to walk? The transit system is very easy to use. Bus routes can get you to the rec center, ice skating rink, grocery store and more.
Townhouse: Stonehaven is a remodeled, 3-level townhouse in Winterpoint Townhomes. The living room has tall, vaulted ceilings with plenty of room for all to sit. There is a flat-screen TV for all to watch. A sleeper sofa is located on this level, too. The next level is the kitchen and dining room. Room at the table for the family. Coffe-maker, dishwasher, stove, oven refrigerator and all the gadgets needed to prepare meals. The washer and dryer are also located on this level. There is a half-bath just around the corner. The Upper Village Pool provides a heated swimming pool as well as hot tubs to soak after a day on the slopes. This is just a few hundred yards from the condo. The pools close in the shoulder seasons, so check first if you require them in off-season.
