This sprawling home highlights plenty of living areas to enjoy. Relax on the wharf, in the yard overlooking the bay, the sun porch or one of the many sitting areas inside. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a large dining room and a fully stocked kitchen await.
The home has been updated with new bedding and hotel-quality mattresses throughout to ensure a comfortable night's rest along with new kitchenware and 4k streaming TVs.
Guest Access:
Guests will receive a code to the door smart lock as part of the check in instructions. Enter the house from Scenic 98 via the gravel driveway. There is a white picket fence along Scenic 98.
Other Things to Note:
Outdoor space: The small sitting deck under the magnolia tree in the backyard can be used by guests staying at the neighboring Cottage property. The wharf does NOT currently have functioning boat slips or running water.
Other house rules: NO events or pets are allowed.
Directions: The house is on the water. 16947 Scenic Hwy 98. The house is 100 yards south of the intersection of County Rd 32 and Scenic Hwy 98.
