Enjoy amazing views of the bay from the comfort of the patio which features an outdoor TV and fans that keep everyone cool. With free WiFi, streaming, and board games, you won't go short of entertainment for those lazy evenings. And of course, the full kitchen with a wine fridge will make indoor gatherings that extra bit special. Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
