Welcome to "The Good Life", a modern Boho Beach Bungalow located in the prestigious Thilgman Estates section of North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy the day at the beach, which is only steps away, or relax in the private backyard oasis.
The home features modern boho touches inspired by the sea and nature. Highlights of the house include a gourmet kitchen, inviting family gathering room, spacious bedrooms including 2 masters, large covered front porch, private in-ground pool, firepit, and BBQ area.
THE SPACE
We provide all of your basic needs and more. This is one of the things that sets us apart from the other area rentals. We love to take care of our guests and want you to enjoy our home and southern hospitality.
* Complimentary snacks, coffee pods, coffee filters, garbage bags, toilet papand paper towels to get you going.
* Fresh bed linens for each bed are included in the base rental price. All beds will be made up prior to your arrival.
* Each bedroom has 2 luggage racks, 2 phone / device charging stations, TV with remote control.
* Bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth for each guest. Kitchen towel set is also provided. No beach towels are included.
* Each full bath has complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditoner, body wash).
* The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a toaster, blender, hand mixer, electric can opener, tea pot, Keurig coffee maker (brews pods and ground coffee), cocktail shaker, bar tools, cutting boards, cooling racks, baking sheets, mixing bowls, pots and pans, storage containers, pot holders and mits, and a wide assortment of cooking utensils.
* Household cleaning items are available for use and stored under the kitchen cabinets.
* There a variety of board games, puzzles, and playing cards for all ages stored in the family room.
* In the laundry room there is a vacuum, broom, fly swatters, ironing board, iron, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
* All closets have hangers
* Firewood for the fire pit
The pool area is very safe for families with children. There are secure gates and fencing enclosing the backyard and warning alarms are on all first floor windows and doors facing the pool. The pool is NOT heated but is open year round. In the back of the yard is the fire pit area with Adirondack chairs and overhead patio lighting. Some wood to get you started is provided so don't forget to bring the S'mores! The yard has been recently landscaped with assorted tropical plants and various sea grasses so you will truly feel like your in Shangra-la !

Checkin is at 4PM.
NO PARTIES! NO PETS! NO SMOKING! including vaping or other tabacco products.
Person who makes the reservation must be present at checking and be staying at the home for the duration of the visit unless prior arrangements have been approved by the host.
Maximum occupancy of 12 people including children, infants and adults... NO EXCEPTIONS.
Swim diapers are REQUIRED for infants and toddlers.
No glass allowed in the pool or on the deck.
Do not rearrange furniture or decor items. Air mattresses are not allowed.
No outdoor items should be brought in the house. These items can be stored in the locked pool house in the backyard.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor area. All furnishings and amenities are for guest use.
Access to your vacation is easy and secure. There is no checkin procedure.
The home is accessible through smart locks on all 3 exterior doors. You will be provided a custom code prior to your stay.
Ample free parking is available in the driveway. There is room for at least 6 vehicles. No driving or parking on the grass (including golf carts).
Across the street from the house there is paid street parking.

We are local hosts and can be reached by phone if anything is needed. We live a short drive from the property.
