Come and see our newest Emerald Isle 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. This newly updated unit gives panoramic views of the beautiful Pensacola Beach's emerald waters from the 10th floor.
The kitchen has recently been upgraded, with brand new stainless steel appliances, a beautiful tile backsplash, and a smooth granite countertop topping the new cabinets. The master bathroom upgrade includes a large walk-in shower with a rainforest shower head. The living room features beautiful grey leather suite-arranged couches so you can relax with your favorite TV program or catch a red and orange beach sunset through the Gulf front windows. Additional reading chairs give enough seating for the whole family to enjoy an evening. The open-concept kitchen with an eat-at bar adjacent to the 6-person table allows the cook to join in breakfast conversations and diner stories as the whole group sits down to enjoy a nice meal cooked on the new stainless steel glass top stove and oven.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and access to the balcony. The en suite features a large walk-in shower with a rainforest showerhead and ocean-inspired tiles, everything you need to relax, including a seating bench. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The guest bedroom received updates from the rest of the unit.
Emerald Isle has lots to offer its guests. Two gulf-side pools will let you enjoy the beach views without the sand. The pool deck includes a hot tub that overlooks the beach as well.
