Eight miles away from Broadway at The Beach, 10 miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport and nine miles from the Atlantic Ocean. All furniture is brand new, with some beautiful artwork hung throughout the entire condo. The Master bedroom has a king bed and a 50" tv, room #2 has a queen bed with 40" tv, the final bedroom has two twin beds and a 40" tv. Living room has a sleeper sofa with storage and also has 50" tv. The kitchen is equipped stove/oven, microwave, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator/ freezer with ice maker. Also have a washer and dryer for your convenience. Screened in patio overlooking the Wizard Golf Club. Access to the community pool, which has a charcoal grill for all your grilling needs. Wi-Fi and movie DVD player available. Your welcome basket in the kitchen has snacks to enjoy and coffee/hot cocoa for the Keurig. Safe area with development being patrolled day and night. Condo also has security system, fire alarms, and carbon monoxide alarm. Please feel free to leave a little note in the guest book about your stay.
