From the front door you are 50 steps to the beach. There is river access with private community pier and a community pool, you are next to Aquarina golf course and tennis you can also launch our kayaks from there(located in the garage).Spa like tropical surroundings, old Florida neighborhoods and the best beaches to take in the sun, walk, fish or see our turtles and wild life. The house is rented monthly only and small well behaved pets are allowed. There are kayaks ,and bicycles for your use , body boards, a beach cart with everything you will need for the day at the beach. Hoa requires a minimum of 30 days
