Up another staircase is a bedroom and exit door leading to balcony overlooking the river. 2nd bathroom is between this room and the master room which has queen bed. An addition to the house is a screened in porch out the back door leading to the additional apartment which has kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. If not rented with main house it will be rented separately as it has it's own separate entrance. Then downstairs is a slab with charcoal grill. The Riverbed boat launch and bait shop is a minute from this property. A great place for family or dual family.
