About this space
Plan a family vacation without a care in the world! Large backyard with grill, fire pit, swimming pool and Jacuzzi hot tub. Our home is at the very end of the road. No neighbors to the right nor left. Wooded area behind... Near the beach, shopping outlets, hiking trails, Aquarium, carnival rides, Children's zoo and wildlife park, sky diving, wine vineyard tours, Historical Park, GREAT restaurants and a few local beer breweries! So much to do, OR just relax and enjoy our yard & pool/hot tub!
The space
The home has four bedrooms and two full baths upstairs and an office/bedroom set up on the first floor next to a half bath. Warm, modern touches throughout allow for guests to truly relax and enjoy family time. On the 1st floor there is a formal living room and dining room upon entry. A family room next to the kitchen allows for fun meals and a large sliding glass door opens out to the pool. Lounging and dining outdoor furniture allow for all your time to be spent outdoors. Feel free to use the firewood provided to start an evening bonfire for making S'mores.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the first and second floor of the house. (We have tenants on the basement level). Our tenants ONLY have access to the parking area. Nothing else is shared. Guests will have access to the entire backyard including the hot tub/pool, grill, bonfire area, pre-cut firewood,etc.
Other things to note
We have cameras on the outside of the house, for security purposes. Front of the house , side and back yard.
