This spacious two-story home features a patio an outdoor porch on the second story as well as an open patio on the first level. The top level has two bedrooms and a pull-out couch, the bottom level has an additional bedroom and bathroom. There is a pool table and bar area with an additional refrigerator on the first floor. THE SPACE Sleeps 8 Adults - 4 beds + a sleeper sofa (toddler bed and pack n play also available) Primary Bedroom: 1 King + full bath attached Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (lower=full, upper=twin) Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Living Room: Sleeper sofa TV The home is equipped with Roku TVs that offer guest sign-in to your streaming services. CONSUMABLES We provide an initial and reasonable amount of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and laundry detergent. Beyond the initial supply, guests are expected to manager their own refills. PARKING Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway outside of the home. PETS Up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome to stay with you for a $125 pet fee PER animal. Dogs are restricted to the first level only. Please do not allow your pets upstairs, we have a gate at the top of the stairs to assist with this separation. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the yard. Bags are provided. LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY CHECK-IN Late checkout and/or early check-in may be available for your stay. Please let us know your request prior to your stay and we will confirm availability. There is a fee of $50 for late checkout as well as a $50 fee for early check-in. *WATER LEVEL The water level of the lake is low due to construction and maintenance being performed on the dams around Lake Placid. There are stairs leading down to the river. You may float, kayak, paddleboard, fish and swim at your own risk. No public boat ramps are accessible at this time. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Guest will be given an access code the day of their booking.
