Summary: Don't search any further -- you've found the property for your Austin stay! My wife and I just stayed there and loved it. It's very big and super clean, with comfy beds, lots of silverware / cooking tools, big TVs, and a very sleek / modern design. The owner had the A/C on for us before we checked in, so it felt great when we arrived! The location is fantastic, since you can walk to South Congress and Lamar and other streets with shops (15 min walk). You can also take a scooter (there's always a couple nearby) if you want to get downtown, which just takes 15 min. (Terry Black's BBQ is a 5 min scooter ride away down a hill!) The host was great -- Ali was very responsive and, since he'd already got everything prepared perfectly, we didn't really need to ask any questions or get help. Lastly, we thought the value was very solid. It's in a pricey area, but it didn't cost as much as nearby places, and it was well worth it given the location and size of the apartment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
