The cottage is privately located and has a renovated modern kitchen, washer/dryer, screened porch with sunset views, fireplace, full dining room, 2 bathrooms, outdoor shower, and 4 bedrooms (3 queen, 1 room with twins). Adjacent to the main house is a small bungalow called the "binnacle" with a kitchenette, bathroom and 2 twins (or joined for a king bed) - a sweet and private getaway. Absolutely incredible sunset water views and beautiful property with trails. Note that you need to walk down a path on a slight hill to get to the cottage.
