Conscious Sedation is a five-bedroom, three-bath home, located 0.6 miles south of Garden City Pier and a short walk to public beach access. This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Five TVs (Roku, Smart TV in the living room) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two king, three-double, and one twin-sized bed, plus a double-sized sofa bed. Outdoor amenities include a sundeck, enclosed shower with hot and cold water, and ample parking (some covered). Dog friendly. Limit two dogs - 70-pound maximum weight limit if bringing one dog, 50-pound maximum weight limit per dog if bringing two. Please see the office for pet policy details. Golf cart permitted. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City.
