Cordy Charlestown Grant - Very spacious custom home in Charlestown Grant at Litchfield By The Sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the dining and living areas. The main floor has a covered porch, new sundeck, and spacious living room. There is also a covered porch off the Master suite on the top floor. The large master bathroom features double sinks, garden tub, and a walk-in shower. Covered parking underneath, and an outside enclosed shower. 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, this home has ocean views and very easy access to the beach and pool. Other amenities include: Fireplace, Wet Bar, Icemaker, Ceiling Fans, Cable TV, DVD, CD Stereo, Wireless Internet, and Gas Grill.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
