Colony Club D8 is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom Gulf Shores Vacation Rental. This unit is a second-floor walk-up that sleeps 6. The kitchen has new granite counter tops and hardwood floors throughout the kitchen and living area. This unit offers 3 TV’s, a DVD player and internet access. This is a great central location, approximately a 3-mile drive south to the sugar white beaches of Gulf Shores or go north a few miles to The Tanger Outlet Mall where you can shop till you drop! The complex features a pool, hot tub, fitness room and lighted tennis courts. The complex does not have an elevator. Each reservation will be issued wristbands to access the pool area. If the wristbands are not returned at check-out there will be a $25 replacement fee per wristband. FREE WIFI. This Gulf Shores Rental is located at 6194 Gulf Shores Parkway which is roughly 3.5 miles from the beach. NO WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS. This property allows up to two vehicles per reservation. No trailers. NON- Smoking, No Elevator.

Parking passes can be purchased from the Clubhouse onsite upon arrival. Please pick those up upon arrival to avoid a warning/fine for not having a parking pass.
THIS UNIT DOES NOT ALLOW MONTHLY RENTALS.
There will be a fine charged to guests if towels or other items are hung over balconies, bicycles are left in common areas, cars on their axle, excessive noise during quiet time, unauthorized parking and glass in the pool area.
This is a friendly reminder about age requirements for amenity use at Colony Club.
1) Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult owner when inside the main clubhouse.
2) Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult when using the exercise/weight room.
3) Minors under 14 must be accompanied by an adult when entering and using pool area.
4) Minors/children under 12 are not permitted in the hot tub/spa at any time.
**Only the grills on the grounds are to be used. Renters are NOT allowed to bring their own grill. There will be a fine and the grill will be removed if found.
Fun events and festivals happen throughout the year. The Wharf is home to live entertainment, shopping, and movie theaters. Not only does Gulf Shores and Orange Beach have movie theatres but also an amusement park with fun for the whole family! If you like water parks, putt- putt golf, or riding go carts - all is nearby. For the tennis players, there are plenty of free public courts. Bike rentals are also available in the area.
Explore the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo: Home of Animal Planet’s “The Little Zoo That Could”. This well kept zoo is located just off Gulf Shores Parkway and is home to more than 350 types of animals.
