This spacious and comfortable one-level studio is decorated with everything you require for a perfect vacation by the sea, equipped with all the essentials needed for a simple, carefree vacation. PARK FOR FREE, ascend the patio and waltz into our quaint studio. You’ll find a snug double-size bed, a sofabed, a kitchenette sporting your cooking basics, a bathroom kitted out with shampoo, and towels as well as all the essentials to stay sanitary. We supply an umbrella and chairs so you don’t need to pay fees at the beach. Enjoy our Barbecue space while you relax beneath the stars or sunshine. Walk to Tiki Tiki for dinner or take a short drive down the road to Le Tub for a water-side burger. Amongst various walkable marinas rent catermerangs, jet skis, sail boats, scooters and much more. Ride 35 minutes down Ocean Drive to South Beach. Fort Lauderdale and its famous Las Olas strip is 15 minutes away. The property is being cleaned according to CDC guidelines - includes a timed air-out, specialist surface cleaning, and adequate gaps between guests. High-speed internet for optimal workspace environment, smart TV, an outdoor patio, comfy furnishings, and much more make our property perfect for a COVID-conscious stay.
- Keep in mind that we fumigate the unit bimonthly. 2nd Wednesday and 4th Tuesday of the month between 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM to ensure it's pest-free and no issues of vermin will arise. You do not need to be in the apartment while the fumigation is in progress. If you are in the apartment during spraying, we need you to please wait outside for 5 minutes while it’s being done in order for us to implement social distancing.

▶️Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account or deposit fee.
▶️On checkout please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
