We've remodeled this premier, direct oceanfront studio as our dream vacation home, and would like to share it with you as our special houseguest. It offers luxurious decor, a dreamy California King bed, spacious lanai, central A/C, and lots of extras provided for your enjoyment. Located near the north end of the 4th floor, it's private, quiet, and has an expansive view of three other islands.
In the years following the 2023 Lahaina fire, Lahaina Shores Beach Resort has been going through a comprehensive renovation. The entire property has been carefully inspected, restored and updated, all while preserving the historic charm that makes this place so beloved. Our suite has also been completely refreshed from floor to ceiling, and is ready for you to enjoy.

About Lahaina Shores Beach Resort...
Lahaina Shores is a charming boutique hotel known for its amazing oceanfront location, and warm Hawaiian hospitality. From your arrival beneath the columned porte cochere, and on into the gracious ocean-view lobby, a tranquil sense of place settles in. You'll look forward to lounging by the pool, soaking in the jetted spa, and relaxing on the sunny lawn (chaise lounges provided). A private gate leads directly to a quiet sandy beach sheltered by an offshore reef — perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or spotting the occasional monk seal or turtle. Just beyond the reef, you may glimpse whales, dolphins, and other sea life. It’s a peaceful little world all its own.
Exploring the Area...
Historic Lahaina is slowly and purposefully reconstructing after the 2023 fire. The resilient spirit of this community is evident in its rebuilding plans and cultural conservation projects. Guests can now walk from Lahaina Shores to the harbor and Banyan Tree (please observe posted access signs), and the municipal pool across the highway is open. While the shoreline is open, much of the historic district remains closed to support recovery efforts and respect local residents.
A rental car is suggested. Lahaina Shores does not offer transportation, but there are several shuttle services, taxis and ride share options available. (Please ask if you would like recommendations.) Cannery Mall and Lahaina Gateway Center are just under 2 miles away, offering grocery stores, shops, services, restaurants, and weekend art fairs. A bit farther north, Kaanapali and Whalers Village provide beachside dining and upscale shopping. Except for the historic core of Lahaina, West Maui is open, beautiful, and ready to welcome visitors.
Parking Information...
On-site parking is $15 + tax per night, paid directly to the front desk. Spaces may be limited during peak occupancy, as the adjacent 505 Front Street garage has not yet reopened. The Front Desk staff will gladly help with alternative options if needed.
