Master Bedroom:
New 43" smart TV, new king size mattress and box spring, access to patio, new hypoallergenic pillows, on-suite bathroom.
Guest Bedrooms:
New 43" smart TVs, queen size beds, hypoallergenic pillows.
Laundry room:
New full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, new iron, storage shelves, laundry basket, broom, mop and bucket.
Bathrooms:
Tub/shower combination, new vanity with drawers, blow dryer.
Workspace:
Desk with drawers, chair floor lamp.

Outside

Easy access to the condo on the 2nd level (above carport) from either the elevator or stairs next to the unit. Direct access to the beach and Sea-n-Suds restaurant and oyster bar. Walk across the street to Surfstyle/ Island Market for groceries, non essentials and souvenirs.
Large pool that’s heated during September, October, March and some of April. Souvenir shop on the side of the building. A vending machine under the covered parking section. Barbecue grills on the east side of the building. Bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.
Free parking for 2 vehicles with additional parking across the street (one or both cars may have to park across the street depending on parking availability). The summer months are busier so you would have to use the parking lot across the street more often. There is a loading/unloading zone in front of the building where family and friends can be picked up and dropped off. There is also easy access to a stop light that will direct you across the street safely to the additional parking lot.
Must use a parking pass that's available inside the condo. Beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available.

1150 sq. ft. unit. WIFI 1GB, smart TVs for streaming with cable and gaming setup in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. Landline phone for emergency use only. 40 gallon water heater. We provide starter kits including a coffee pod, creamer, sugar, a paper towel roll, a toilet paper roll per bathroom, a tissue box per bathroom, a trash bag per trash can a laundry detergent packet, a dishwasher pod and dish soap. BYO non-essentials as ours is probably not your preferred brand. Once you run out you must purchase your own supplies. Self-check in entry door code with a camera above the door. 24-hour security on site.
