The neighborhood is a city neighborhood on the border of beautiful Irondequoit township. There is mostly professional homeowners on this block and surrounding blocks. There is lots of bus transportation just a block or two away. Uber is now available in Rochester and we have a private Uber driver who, when available will provide special service & discounts to our guests.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in additional fees.
