This lovely, spacious, three level, 5 bedroom home sits on a lush 3+ acre property close to Mast General Store in Valle Crucis. Extremely convenient access to Boone, Blowing Rock, Tweetsie Railroad, Banner Elk, and Beech Mountain. No need for four-wheel drive, even in the winter.
The large outdoor terraces feature a massive outdoor fireplace and a 90-jet hot tub. All five bedrooms have Smart TV's (large, new ones!). Upstairs, the spacious master suite has a king size four-poster bed, gas-log fireplace, a garden tub, and shower. A plush queen bedroom is also upstairs. Downstairs, two more bedrooms feature King Beds, and a third bedroom has a queen bed plus a solid bunk bed. **ALL beds, including bunk beds, have thick, new, high-quality mattresses. You'll have great sleep. The roomy kitchen has two refrigerators and seating for 14. There are four distinct living areas, including a comfortable upstairs living room, a large downstairs den with a gas log fireplace, a bright, hexagonal Florida room with pretty views, and a well-furnished, 500 sq ft play room featuring a pool table. This house is so much better than a cramped log cabin on a steep hill. There is plenty of space for multiple vehicles, plenty of room for adults and kids to play inside or out, surrounded by beautiful trees, mountain scenery, and frequent visits by deer that live in the area.
