The apartment is the perfect pied-a-terre to enjoy our historic town.
Enter the galley kitchen with adjacent dining area. There are plenty of dishes pots and pans glassware and accessories for a home cooked meal or a takeout from one of our plethora of restaurants. There is a gas stove and full-size refrigerator but no dishwasher.
The living room looks out to the communal garden with colorful blooms into the spring and summer. Full hall bath was just renovated and has beautiful classic Mexican tile. bedroom offers a queen bed and adequate closet space.
The property has wood floors throughout and three ceiling fans. There is a shared coin-operated laundry room on site. Open the windows for a lovely mountain breeze. This property does not have air conditioning.
For your convenience there is a carport for one vehicle. Owner may consider one well behaved dog.
