Nestled in the beautiful Ozark Mountains, you will find our little slice of heaven; only 3 minutes to the marina on Greers Ferry Lake! You will have all the amenities: Newly remodeled-full kitchen , smart tv’s, memory foam mattresses, laundry room for clean up, a screen porch, and a lovely back yard for viewing all the birds! Near amenities include 2 golf courses, marina, 3 pools, at trails, hiding, mini golf, bowling, restaurants, volleyball, horseshoes, disc golf, shuffleboard. We even have extra parking for your boat or ATV. We do allow dogs only and have a 2 dog maximum. There is a leash law in Fairfield Bay and the yard is not fenced. You must bring sheets to cover the furniture, leave them in a kennel if no one is home, and pick up after them when they go to the bathroom. Please and Thank You.
