The home has a full bathroom on all 3 floors so there is plenty of room for everyone to get ready after a busy day hanging out on the lake.
The basement has been fully remodeled with two separate living areas. Get rowdy in the bar area or relax in the TV room for a little peace and quiet after a day exploring the lake. The fifth bedroom is located downstairs with three sets of bunk beds, all with their own night lights and power outlets.
Little St. Germain Lake has a diverse shoreline and many areas to find quiet water to ski or just float for the afternoon.
