The house is sited on a very private one-acre lot bordered by conservation land and a bayou. You can watch the wonderful birds of Sanibel, look for seashells in the sand, sun yourself in the secluded back yard, kayak in the bayou, or swim in the outdoor pool.
The house was fully renovated in 2024 with all new appliances. The open floor plan, the restored terrazzo floors, and the beautiful marble and dolomite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom give this house an elegant, spacious feel.
