Summary: Customer service at the front desk was very unwelcoming. Every employee we approached with an easy question, for example, "Where is the closest restroom?" the employee didn't know the answer. The atmosphere was great, very engaging because of the guests, but the service was surprisingly the worst I've had in a very long time.
