The stunning décor and gorgeous color palette throughout its 1,800+ square feet, has left every room with a serene feeling of being in a tropical paradise. Two impeccably decorated floors, a Carolina Room and a beautiful backyard and patio is surrounded by a large lake with flowing fountains. Our guests will be overwhelmed by the beauty and space offered here.
This home has it all; huge over stocked gourmet kitchen with a pantry, has an exciting array of beautiful dishes, cutlery and glassware. Enjoy the radio and iPod docking station while cooking up something wonderful! The breakfast room with seating for six is just off the kitchen. There is also a comfy bar seating area to keep the chef company, and stunning dining room off the kitchen for a wonderful at home dining. A half bath for guests dropping by is off the entrance foyer as is the full laundry room, coat closet and entrance to the garage.
The beautiful living area includes two separate gathering areas with the living room, large flat panel TV, DVD player and the Carolina Room, designed as a special relaxation space for reading or daydreaming while viewing the lush landscape and sparkling blue lake. Off the Carolina Room is the furnished patio complete with a gas BBQ grill. The backyard is perfect for outdoor games for the entire family. The coffee table in the living room opens up to create a large square table for family games or puzzles!
The first floor master suite is a private paradise all its own. A handsome four poster king size bed is the focal point of this marvelous suite with fine furnishings and splendid accompaniments. The bed is well-dressed with beautiful bedding with soothing colors, a high triple dresser and chest provide plenty of clothing storage for guests and a spacious walk in closet. Enjoy late night entertainment with the large flat panel TV. The master bath has double sinks, under cabinet storage, a linen closet and oversized easy step in shower.

A third full bath is just outside the king suite. There is also a private nook in the upstairs loft and a bookcase filled with games for family fun.
If you want to head to the beach and have no parking problems, catch the complimentary shuttle during the summer months. You can also spend a great day down by the marina at the Main Resort pool and huge covered hot spa on the waterway. No need to bring lunch since a restaurant is just next to the pool. The Barefoot Resort shuttle can drop you off there or if shopping is your thing, hop the shuttle to Barefoot Landing where you can enjoy dozens of unique shops, restaurants, events for kids of all ages and live entertainment at the Alabama Theatre and House of Blues.
