Overlooking a large lake, this 2 story , 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is located within the gated community of Lichtfield By The Sea and is a short distance to the beach.
On the lower level is the open plan living room, dining room, kitchen 1st bedroom ( with 2 full beds) with bathroom en suite. Upstairs is the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and laundry area.
The villa comes fully equipped with luxury linens, bath towels, face cloths, hand towels and a starter kit of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher tabs. (Does not include beach towels)
The kitchen has a full microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove, toaster, Keurig along with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
All you need to bring is your food and clothing!
Head to the beach(5 min walk) or watch your kids fish from large balcony.
Access is easy, arrive anytime. Door code provided via text on day of arrival.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay in Litchfield by the Sea. With 5 teenagers traveling with us it is a challenge to find a perfect place, but this was it. Clean and very well-appointed. Great view of the marsh and water and very close access to the beach at Litchfield. Great communication with the property manager and everything as depicted. Pawleys Island is full of great places to eat and close to lovely Georgetown, only about an hour from Charleston on no-traffick roads. Litchfield has multiple walking paths, tennis courts, pools and, importantly for teens, a Starbucks! Would definitely return and book again.
