I purchased this property in 2016 as an extreme fixer-upper, and over the years it has become a true passion project. With epic city & valley views, unrivaled access to the Wasatch Range, and the central proximity to Salt Lake City, Park City, and the greatest snow on earth, it's been a special place for my family and friends.
