Welcome to our Perfect Sunny Oasis, located in the quiet and safe community of Estrella Mountain Ranch!
You will enjoy the open floor plan of 2400 sq ft on a single level. The house is fully furnished with comfort and relaxation in mind! The house has all new interior paint and furnishings as of August 2022, and is very clean.
The backyard is a highlight; completely landscaped and featuring a huge 26k gallon pebble tech finish pool with cascading waterfall and colored lights at night. Built in umbrella holders are at each end of the pool, as well as two baja shelves. The surrounding large travertine patio has plenty of room for laying in the sun, hanging out in the comfy furniture watching the TV that is under the covered portion, or BBQ'ing some great food. The rest of the yard has turf, plenty of room for a corn hole game or throwing a ball around.
The master bedroom is very spacious, featuring a king bed and could also easily accomodate a baby crib, air mattress, etc. if you need an additional sleeping area. It also has a very large walk-in closet, and direct pool/backyard access. A 55" Smart TV is wall mounted for you to enjoy. Attached is a full bathroom complete with separate tile shower and soaking tub, double sinks at the vanity, and a private toilet area.
The kitchen is fully stocked with necessities like dishes/glasses/silverware, and also small appliances such as a toaster, crockpot, air fryer, and more. Enjoy your morning coffee from either the coffeemaker or Keurig. The spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and soft, sensored lighting under the cabinets. There is also a complete water filtration system in the kitchen for cooking and drinking water! The island is very large, and a great gathering place for friends and family. The open floor plan flows directly into the cozy living room, where you will find a 65" wall mounted Smart TV, sectional big enough to hold several guests, and an overall clean and cozy design.
Another area you will enjoy is the fun game room. It has an arcade style game with 12 different games to play, foosball table, and fun whiskey barrel and stools to relax on.
