The building is ultra-modern, secure, has pool and fitness center,grilling area and free parking in-a code-accessed gated garage below. Building entry is code-accessed,also. Excellent alternative to pricy nearby hotels.Five-minute walk to eateries, bars and the Gulch. Less than a mile to Broadway. Uber/Lyft rides to downtown about $6-8.We are very experienced in short-term rental business and are Superhosts. This is a brand NEW condo and that is why we don't currently have reviews.
