Inlet Point Villas is a private, gated community with amazing amenities. Our amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, grilling area, access to quiet, un-crowded, wide-open beaches, inlet access for water sports/fishing and views of uninhabited Waites Island.
Unit 12D is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a private ocean-view balcony. This is a 2nd Floor Unit (no elevator). The condo is a few steps away from the beach. Free parking available directly in front of the building. New A/C and washer/dryer installed in 2024.
This unit sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds. The sofa has a pull-out queen sleeper. The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances including a dishwasher and is fully stocked with all the conveniences of home. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. Wireless internet and cable TV are included.
