Access the large tranquil balcony from the living room, or the master bedroom where you can watch the dolphins play in Ole River. Jubilee Landing is a quiet complex conveniently located 0.7 mi from the World-Famous Flora-Bama, just a short drive to all of the restaurants and activities the area has to offer. Complex amenities include private beach on Ole River, pier, fish cleaning station, first-come-first serve boat slip ($50 per day), Outdoor pool, and BBQ area.
Unit 306 is located on the third level, offering lovey water views from the balcony. This beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two bath condo features a well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, custom cabinets, Keurig, stainless appliances, and tile backsplash. Other features include shiplap walls, porcelain floors, WIFI, washer/dryer, a dining table with seating for 4. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath, and balcony access. You will love the master bath with a tile-walk-in shower and granite counters. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Making use of the sleeper sofa in the living area, unit 306 can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Guests have access to all of the great complex amenities, such as: private beach on Ole River, pier, fish cleaning station, first-come-first serve boat slip ($50 per day), Outdoor pool, BBQ area, and easy beach access.
The Neighborhood:
Jubilee Landing is a low-density development, on Ole River, across from the beach, located less than a mile (0.7 miles) from the World-Famous Flora-Bama. By boat, Jubilee Landing is located minutes from the Gulf of America for offshore fishing and Robinson Island.
Other Things to Note:
*First-come-first serve boat slip available for $50/day. Boat trailer parking is NOT allowed on-site but there are temporary, off-site, short-term lots available for storage for a fee or ask us about "other options." There is NO boat lift.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BOATS:
Boat passes must be purchased AT LEAST one week prior to arrival and guests MUST provide the following:
*Proof of insurance on the vessel
*Copy of Registration
*Length of boat
*Parking for two (2) vehicles is allowed in the space labeled "306".
*In the cost to book, there is a $50 management fee. This complex requires each vehicle to display a parking pass and the HOA has a fee for the pass. This fee covers parking pass cost. The pass is picked up from our office at check-in which is about 4.6 miles from the condo. ONLY two parking passes MAX at the complex. If you have a 3rd vehicle, we offer parking at our office for $50 per stay.
*There is a Ring camera on the front door facing the common area hall.
*This condo is NON-SMOKING, which includes the balcony. Smoking in the condo or on the balcony will result in a fine of $250.
*AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
