Welcome to our brand new Lake Sinclair home, where spectacular views and tranquil settings create the perfect getaway! Nestled in a quaint cove, this residence offers an exceptional lakeside experience.
Master Bedroom: Immerse yourself in luxury in the master bedroom, featuring a plush queen canopy bed and a 50" flat-screen TV. The attached master bathroom is a haven of relaxation, complete with a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower, all located conveniently on the main floor.
Guest Rooms: Both guest rooms are sanctuaries of comfort and style, each housing a queen canopy bed, a 50" smart TV, and large windows offering stunning lake views. The first guest room boasts a spacious walk-in closet, while the second offers ample storage space. These rooms share access to a well-appointed full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The large main deck features an outdoor dining table, Polywood Adirondack chairs, and a Blackstone griddle, perfect for alfresco dining with a view. The lower porch area offers additional space for relaxation. A short walk leads to a large dock equipped with a 58" TV and plenty of chairs, ideal for enjoying the water. The dock includes a ladder for easy access after swimming.
