Cold A/C and plenty of indoor amenities like a smart TV for streaming and a full size washer/dryer. Fully stocked kitchen and propane grill. Location is a quiet residential neighborhood with restaurants, retail within a mile. There is a 2 car garage and a long driveway. Dogs welcome with $100 pet fee. Dogs must remain on a leash outside the gated fence or be crated when left alone. Do not rent this house for a party.
