The beach is right out your door at Sweetbriar Lakefront 2, There is easy access to all the activities Lake Tahoe offers - golfing and gambling, hiking and biking, dining and relaxing, swimming and skiing. Soak in the views from dawn to dusk from this comfortable, well-equipped townhouse!
Relax on your lakefront deck, equipped with two lounges, patio table and chairs, (furniture available May through October) and gas barbecue (barbecue is available to use in winter as well). Enjoy the great room gas fireplace on chilly mornings.
Three bedrooms, (King, Queen and 2 Twin Beds) and a master bath with lake view Jacuzzi tub. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors to enjoy the sweeping view of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains.
A renovated, fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to enjoy dining-in. Our town home is ideal for couples and families - six people maximum, including children.
Please Note - There is parking for two vehicles only, no extra parking is available. There is an attached one-car garage, (it fits a vehicle up to 75" wide by 186" long x 66" high or the size of a BMW X3) and one in the parking area.
Once at Sweetbriar you can leave your car parked and walk to Safeway for groceries and a latte. For dining out, Spindleshanks, Jason's, Whitecaps Pizza, Lanza's, and Las Panchitas, the Treehouse, and Asian Vibes are within walking distance. It's a short drive to Garwoods, Wolfdales, the Ritz Carlton, Christy Hill, Drunken Monkey, Lone Eagle Grill and many other fine restaurants.
The townhouse is situated within in a gated, (in summer) twelve-unit development. Note that full weeks run from Friday to Friday. Email if any questions about arrival/departure days.
Sweetbriar L2 includes free wi-fi, beach accessories (chairs, beach towels), washer/dryer, and three flat screen TVs.
The location, midway between Tahoe City and Incline Village is pure paradise. Just 10 minutes to Northstar and a half hour to Palisades/Alpine for world class skiing, summer hiking and mountain biking.
Outdoor enthusiasts may step out the door to enjoy a beach walk, kayak or paddle on crystal clear water, hike on a pristine Tahoe mountain trail, or cross the street to Brockway Golf Course. Also convenient to bicycle trails, the Treetops Adventure Park, mini golf and casinos.
