This 2 year old luxury home is located in one of the most beautiful areas in our gated community of Lahontan. Nestled among the trees on the golf course, 15 minutes to the lake and 10 minutes to Northstar ski resort.
Our interior space is spacious and boasts upscale touches throughout. Stone gas pass through fireplace you can enjoy from living and dining room, with flatscreen tv and Sono’s. The ceiling are tall and vaulted with expansive views of the outdoors. Kitchen is modern and elegant. Adorned with marble tops, Subzero fridge, and Wolf Range. The dining room has 2 pull out beverage fridges. Master bedroom is upstairs next to living room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor deck.
Downstairs you enter into a spacious entry level which walks into a large family room with a 100 inch screen flat screen. From that family room you can go outside to the sunny patio and take a Hottub. There are 4 large bedrooms all suite style with private bathrooms and showers. There is a large sitting room when entering home from either garage or front door.
The exterior deck off dining and living room is a great place to dine in the evening or just a quiet place to sit. There is a BBQ and walks on to the 4th par 3 hole. Sono’s on deck. Large sitting area with hot tub.
