4 Bedroom House in Oklahoma City
Relaxed luxury in a quasi country setting on one acre in OKC/Edmond near I-35.
Plenty of space in this 3200 square foot, four bedroom, three and a half bath home. The kitchen, dining room and family room are a wide-open floor plan that is the natural family gathering place.
The formal dining room table seats 8. The formal living room is a great place for a night cap and friendly conversation. WIFI capabilities exist throughout the house and the patio. All four bedrooms have televisions with streaming capabilities. The study is equipped with WIFI printers and two desks for the working traveler.
The one-acre lot is very private and has a large backyard and patio with room for tossing a frisbee, softball or football and then a quick splash to cool off in the 22’ X 40’ in ground swimming pool (Pool is not maintained from October-April). Let the splash of the waterfall or a dip in the bubble filled hot tub help you to unwind and relax. Pull up a chair and relax around the fire-pit. Grill your favorite steaks or burgers on the large natural gas outdoor grill.
Guest access:
Our accommodations are suitable for the business traveler, families, couples or groups desiring a quiet and peaceful getaway for a weekend or an extended stay. The entire house is available to guest with the exception of one of the five hallway closets, the master bedroom closet, and the garage.
By booking this home you are accepting responsibility for ensuring the following information is understood by you and your guest:
-Parking is prohibited on all grass surfaces in the neighborhood. Keep all tires on the road and driveway surfaces.
-Parties are prohibited.
-Use of pool and or Hot Tub is at your own risk.
-The pool is not deep enough for diving. The south end of the pool is 3-foot-deep and slopes gradually to 6 foot on the deepest end on the northern end of the pool. A safety pole with a rescue hook is located hanging on a tree near the pool.
-Use of the pool or hot tub is limited to the guest paying to stay at the home.
Pets:
Security cameras are located in the garage and outside perimeters of the property including the pool area. If pets are brought on the property an additional $500. fee will apply.
Entry Procedures:
-Approximately 3 days Prior to arrival contact host with a four-number code that you will easily remember. I suggest that the last four numbers of your phone be used. Instructions will be forwarded for keypad code to be used for entry at the front door or patio door. It will not work to enter the garage it is not a part of the rental agreement. An alert will be received on my phone when this lock is disabled due to the wrong code being entered.
