The house is much roomier than it appears from the outside. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it boasts high ceilings and an open layout with 1800sq ft+ of air conditioned space. It also offers a breezy, open front porch along with a large screened lanai area enclosing back deck, master deck and the heated, saltwater pool area with gas grill.
A well stocked kitchen with coffee maker with capability of full carafe or K-cups, toaster, blender, Kitchen Aide Stand Mixer, convection oven and so much more, lends itself to vacation meal making. There is also an outdoor table with running water for fish cleaning on home side.
The master suite is the highlight of the bedrooms and bathrooms boasting a large and open space with a king sized bed and sofa, French doors open out to a small garden deck overlooking pool area where morning coffee can be shared while watching the sun rise.
