Nestled in a private house in the heart of the city, our bright english basement can comfortably sleep 4 guests in a king sized bed, and a huge, comfy sofa bed in the living room.We are a 10 minute stroll to several subway metro stations including Eastern Market and Stadium Armory as well as the brand new DC Streetcar (free to ride) that runs down H all the way to Union Station - the epicenter of DC`s action and hub of the major sights!
Full kitchen for guest use is complete with all essentials for those hoping to stay in for a meal or two.
The property boasts tile flooring (perfect cooling feature in the summer evenings!),modern accouterments and interactive design; making this the perfect home base for your stay.
Communal living area is perfect for decompressing after a day of sight-seeing; there is a TV with streaming capabilities (in both the bedroom and living room) for those rainy afternoons.Calming hues of green and purple create a zen, serene space to unwind after city overload!

There is plenty of free street parking (parking pass included) and a ton of available taxis and Ubers nearby. If you feel like taking a stroll, Eastern Market, Union Market, Capitol Hill, the Capitol, and Union Station are all within walking distance.
The 96 or D6 Bus can take you directly to the Capitol Building in 20/25 minutes!
