-Pool safety alarm: Please note, NO pool safety alarm is installed and activated, unless you request it prior to your arrival.
-All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the pool area/backyard.
-Exterior side gates (2) leading to the backyard must remain closed at all times, especially if the pool safety alarm is not up.
-NO DIVING. Adults and or children are not allowed to run and dive from or around the pool.
-If you move the furniture, you must put it back.
-Please do not place sand filled items in the washer to wash. There is a hose outside that you can use to rinse the items first.
-Please place all trash in plastic bags inside the green bin out front. We kindly ask that during your stay, you take the bin to the street for trash pick up.
-Trash pick up days are Mondays early morning and Thursdays early morning. You may put out the bins as early as 6pm the day before pick up.
-BBQ grill is located on the deck. We ask that you please clean the grill after each use by using the stiff wire brush provided.
