Fully stocked kitchen with all basics, sleeps 8, lake and pool view!

3rd floor + elevator, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Comfortable and clean condo, 1 king bed, 2 single and 2 double beds.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
*Linens for each bed are provided.
Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands (8 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.
